Just went in to get my watch band replaced and they were amazing! They were incredibly kind and got it fixed in a matter of minutes. Won't go anywhere else for future repairs.

This is a fabulous jewelry store! We have been customers for over 40 years and counting. We have had several custom pieces made for us and have been awestruck.

Most recently I discovered they have an excellent watch repair department as well. My husband has some nice watches that were in need of repair. They did a great job! They haven’t worked this well since they were new! I highly recommend this jewelry store for all your jewelry and watches!!

I came in with a fairly serious repair (ring in three pieces) as well as for a simple resizing. A few other places I looked into wanted several hundred more than Federal Way Custom Jewelers and had less favorable reviews. I was impressed by how polite the staff was and appreciated their willingness to explain what repairs would have to be done and why. The repair also only took a week and the ring looks beautiful! I will definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who needs to either buy or have a piece repaired.
